breakfast..

now me ngah bekfast kt opis..
bekfast tuh penting ye kawan2..

di sebabkan nak diet punye pasal, so i choose to take heavy meal during breakfast to avoid me take moe for my lunch soon..
so basically marigold hl low fat milk is a must..
plus with kuew teow goreng n ayam pedas..
n fruits that for sure..
;))

lunch pulak me mmg ta mkn berat..
just take fruits semannnnyak mungkin..
;)

teatime juga jgn dilupa..
ill eat biscuit during this tyme..

n after blk keje, mkn skaly lg..
tp ta berat2 sgt.. ;pppppppppp
