-on diet-

dear frens...
my weight is bertmbah 4kg ryte now..
from 40 to 44kg..ishk...
manela xnaek my weight.. mkn nasi 2times per day..
haiyaa~ then titbits is a must after having a lunch or dinner.. euuww~
ice cream pown benda wajib yg perlu dmakan everyday..
terok kan me? adoii~

then me decide to start my diet now.. da lame xjage mkn..
n berat maken bertambah dr semase ke semase.. hadoi..
but im not amalkan crash diet tao.. xelok for your health..
so I oredy start my diet smlam.. 16th december 2010..
aim to get my normal weight : 40kg back..

what im going to do?
  • NO ice cream!
  • NO titbits!
  • NO fastfoods!
  • NO chocolate!
  • NO cakes!
  • NO cheese!
  • AVOID rice..
  • EAT lotsof fruits..
  • AVOID using lif..
so hopefully, i can get what ive plan..
coz my face da bulat mcm belon da..
fyi, if my weight gain, lemak akan berkumpul di muka..
thats my big prob!! so thats y i need to kurangkan my weight supaya my muka membulat..
part laen okay jea.. tp part muka n pwot yg slack.. euw~
memaloookan jea.. huhu..
